By using our website, booking a call, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
YAZA LLC provides digital business services, which may include digital marketing, public relations and media placement, branding, business consulting, technology and automation, and digital products. The specific scope of any service is defined in the individual proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed between you and YAZA LLC.
Most services are provided on a custom-scoped basis. Before work begins, we provide a written proposal describing the deliverables, timeline, and price. An engagement is confirmed when you accept the proposal and complete any required payment. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
To deliver our services effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, access to necessary accounts or assets, and any content or approvals required. Delays in providing these may affect timelines, and YAZA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
Upon full payment for an engagement, final deliverables created specifically for you become your property, except for any third-party materials, licensed assets, or pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how owned by YAZA LLC, which remain our property. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Where services include public relations, distribution, or media placement (including through our MediaPulse brand), placements are subject to publisher availability and the editorial policies of each independent outlet. Publication does not necessarily imply endorsement by the publisher, and YAZA LLC does not control the editorial decisions of independent media organizations. Where a specific engagement includes a defined distribution or placement package, its exact scope is stated in the applicable proposal.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
Please read this section carefully. Our services are provided on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, or outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, and execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAZA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid to YAZA LLC for that specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable proposal. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for services already delivered or work in progress. Cancellation of recurring services is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
